🛑 Roe v. Wade Was About Privacy—And It’s Gone
Roe wasn’t just about abortion—it was built on your constitutional right to privacy. After it fell in 2022, the Department of Health and Human Services tried to patch things up with a new HIPAA rule in 2024. That rule made it harder to share reproductive health info. But in June 2025, a Texas judge struck it down completely. Now states can snoop on your reproductive and mental health history and turn it over to law enforcement.
