The Antifa Circus, Faux Peace, and SCOTUS Shenanigans — Just Another Day in the Empire
Today’s Outrages
1. The Antifa Round Table — Propaganda with Snacks
- Trump staged a White House roundtable on “Antifa,” complete with right-wing influencers pretending to be “independent journalists.” (Reuters)
- Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem even compared Antifa to MS-13, Hamas, Hezbollah, and ISIS — because apparently nuance is a banned substance in this administration. (The Guardian)
- Experts have repeatedly pointed out that Antifa isn’t an organization — it’s a decentralized anti-fascist movement. No leaders. No membership cards. Just people refusing to goose-step. (FT)
- So why the charade? Because the regime needs a villain. Label dissent as terror, and boom — welcome to fascism 101.
2. The “Pseudo-Peace Agreement” — Diplomacy for Headlines
- Trump’s team floated a so-called “peace deal” yesterday, but analysts say it’s more of a photo op with a flag backdrop than an actual treaty. Most stakeholders weren’t even in the room. It’s the political version of “thoughts and prayers.”
- True peace requires power-sharing, inclusion, and accountability — not stage lighting and applause. Until then, call this what it is: a prop for the next campaign ad.
3. SCOTUS — Supremely Problematic
- The Supreme Court justices are sharpening their pens for Louisiana v. Callais — a case that could gut Section 2 of the Voting Rights Act. (SCOTUSblog)
- If they side with the far-right argument that remedying racial discrimination is itself discriminatory, they’ll basically erase one of the last protections against gerrymandering.
- Meanwhile, another case — Chiles v. Salazar — could overturn state bans on conversion therapy for minors. Because apparently torturing queer kids is now a First Amendment issue. (them.us)
- Add in rulings that expand executive power and strip protections from Venezuelan migrants, and you’ve got a Court behaving less like a check and more like a cheer squad.
Why We Need to Worry
Because this isn’t random. It’s coordination. Trump’s show trials, SCOTUS’s creeping theocracy, and hollow foreign policy all work together to consolidate power and crush dissent.
They want us too exhausted to fight. Resistance Kitty does not do exhausted.
Today’s To-Do List
- Fact-Check the Fascists — Post real information about Antifa’s decentralized nature. Don’t let the “terror” narrative fester.
- Flood the Feeds — Share the truth about the fake “peace deal.” Every retweet claws back an inch of integrity.
- Watch SCOTUS like a Hawk (who hates robes) — Follow @BrennanCenter, @NAACP_LDF, @DemocracyDocket for case updates.
- Support Legal Defenders — Donate or volunteer with the ACLU, LDF, and National Lawyers Guild.
- Call Your Reps — Demand hearings on executive overreach and laws that protect dissent, not criminalize it.
- Boost Protest Prep — Know your rights, mask up, encrypt your comms, and stay peaceful but unyielding.
- Boycott the Grifters — Skip corporate sponsors of propaganda channels like OANN and Newsmax. Spend resistance-friendly.
- Show Up — Join the #AntifaRoundTable counter-forum tonight on BlueSky and Signal spaces. Bring facts and sarcasm.

Kitty’s Final Claw-Mark
They want obedience. We serve none.
They want silence. We hiss.
They want submission. We scratch.
Every courtroom ruling, every photo-op, every press lie is another reason to organize harder, louder, smarter.
Claws out, Resisters — we’ve got work to do.
