Let’s be precise: Project 2025 doesn’t explicitly call for a military draft—but it does advocate using the military for domestic law enforcement, filling federal agencies with ideological loyalists, and giving the president king-like powers under the “unitary executive theory.” They want a government that can conscript loyalty, if not bodies—yet. The authoritarian vibe is so strong you can hear jackboots echoing in the footnotes.
