An immigrant rights org filed a federal lawsuit after whistleblowers confirmed that ICE is detaining legal visa holders without cause, just for “suspicious attitudes.” I mean, if that’s a crime, every goth teen in America would be in Gitmo. The win? This case could challenge DHS’s abuse of “expedited removal” and reopen protections for travelers and visa holders — especially those not born in MAGAland.

💅 2. A Judge Just Blocked Part of Project 2025’s Test Run in Texas

Remember that bill trying to track “abortion drug waste” in Texas wastewater? Yeah. A federal judge called it “legally incoherent” and issued a temporary halt. Because if your fascist plan involves playing CSI: Uterus in the sewer, you’re officially too gross for democracy.

🧯 3. Leaked Audio from HHS Blew Up in Their Faces

RFK Jr.’s secret meeting with evangelical lobbyists leaked — and surprise! He admitted they’re pushing “faith-based science” at the department. It blew up online, tanked public trust, and gave Dems ammunition to block funding for some of his plans.
