Authoritarian regimes love to control access: to food, medicine, power, tech, and even tampons. With civil unrest rising, fascists in charge, and supply chains increasingly sabotaged, it’s not paranoid to prep—it’s revolutionary to be ready. You don’t need a bunker. You need a smart, subtle stash.
🧰 How to Guerrilla-Prep Like a Pro
1. Build Caches in Layers
Stash supplies across multiple locations: your home, your car, your backpack, a trusted friend’s closet, even your favorite dive bar bathroom ceiling tile (yes, really). Think: low profile, high payoff.
2. Focus on Dual-Use Items
Every item should do more than one job. Tampons = first aid plugs. Duct tape = medical + mechanical fix-all. A paperback book = morale booster AND window insulation.
3. Hide in Plain Sight
Put medical supplies in a makeup bag. Keep USB drives in old junk tech. Tape money and a protest ID to the inside of a flashlight. Survival doesn’t have to look like “prepping”—just clever packing.
4. Digital Cache = Mental Backup
Store copies of key documents (IDs, passports, protest footage, legal aid contacts, underground zines) on encrypted USBs and in password-protected cloud drives. Hide flash drives inside empty lip balm tubes or hollowed-out pens.
5. Don’t Forget the Resistance Basics
- Portable power bank
- Encrypted messaging app access (Signal, Briar)
- Cash, not cards
- Meds + emergency contraception
- Pepper spray, if legal—or a spicy alternative
