Weekly Win Report: We Protested, We Sued, We Slayed

Well well well, fascistsāwhat a week to be on the right (ahem, left) side of history. While Trump and his cronies were busy tantrum-tweeting and trying to turn America into a handmaidās fever dream, we were out here winning. From the streets to the courts, the resistance was LOUD, LEGAL, and utterly legendary.
Hereās your glitter-dusted roundup of this weekās badassery:
šŖ§ 1. Protests Popped Off Like Confetti at a Drag Show
Half a million fabulous fighters turned out for the “Hands Off!” protests on April 5. We marched, nearly 5,000,000 of us chanted, and we made it VERY clear: weāre not about to let these fascist fashion-flops defund education, erase LGBTQ+ rights, and gut healthcare. The vibes? Electric. The signs? Iconic. The message? Crystal clear:
Keep your grubby hands off our rights, freaks.
Even MAGA country saw resistance waves. That’s rightāwhen Alabama and Idaho start chanting āNo fascists, no peace,ā you KNOW itās getting real.
āļø 2. The ACLU Is Throwing Legal Shade
The lawyers are lawyering and the lawsuits are LIT. This week, the ACLU came in swinging harder than a feminist on day three of her period with two major legal takedowns:
- Schiff v. Office of Personnel Management:
Trumpās goons yanked Harvard doctors’ LGBTQ+ health research off a federal site because it mentioned (gasp!) queer people. So now the docs are suing for censorship.
Science AND civil rights? We love a multitasking queen. - Khalil v. Trump:
A permanent U.S. resident and activist got arrested for speaking up for Palestine. The ACLU said ānopeā and slapped them with a lawsuit for violating free speech and due process.
If free speech is dead, consider this lawsuit the resurrection.
šāāļø The TL;DR: Weāre Not Just SurvivingāWeāre Thriving
Between the fire in the streets and the fire in the courts, the resistance served looks, facts, and fearless truth this week. And the Trump regime? Theyāre quaking. Keep showing up. Keep speaking out. And donāt forget to hydrate, babeārage is dehydrating.
