Yep. It’s not coming. It’s here. We are neck-deep in a full-blown constitutional meltdown — and the orange wannabe king, Krasnov Donald Trump, is lighting the matches. Here’s your breakdown of how they’re shredding the Constitution like a very bad kitten with no supervision:
🏛 Article I: SHREDDED.
Congress — not the President — is supposed to create government agencies (thanks McCulloch v. Maryland (1819)).
❌ But Trump illegally created the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) by executive order like he’s handing out free Happy Meals. Congress who?
⚔️ Article I, Section 8, Clause 11: GONE.
Only Congress can declare war. But Trump’s abusing the dusty old Alien Enemies Act of 1798 to deport people en masse without a single Congressional vote.
