About Resistance Kitty
Meet Resistance Kitty, the black cat who should be getting pampered but instead has to deal with fascist fucks trying to ruin the world.
She would prefer naps, treats and a functioning democracy. Apparently, that was too much to ask.
So now she brings claws, receipts and a deeply unreasonable tolerance for bullshit to the fight. The tolerance is zero.
Why Kitty Has Her Claws Out
Resistance Kitty uses political satire, news commentary and practical guides to help people understand threats to democracy and find ways to respond.
Laughing at authoritarian nonsense can help us catch our breath. Following the evidence, organizing with others and taking informed action help us do something with that breath.
This is a place for people who are angry, overwhelmed, curious or ready to get involved. You do not have to know everything to start. You need a question, a willingness to check the facts and a next step.

Resistance Kitty is created by Dr. Harmony, also known as Dr. Patsy Evans, founder of HarmonyUs Inc.
Her background includes mental health care, sex therapy, trauma work, mediation, leadership coaching and art. That experience informs her interest in power, coercion, accountability and the ways people protect themselves and one another.
Kitty gives that work a public voice with humor, sharp questions and a refusal to pretend that cruelty is normal.
